- Age 25 to 45 years
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methods.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Prepare architectural concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
* Develop 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard software.
* Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP teams.
* Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
* Review drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements.
* Prepare BOQ, design presentations, and project documentation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
