Responsibilities & Context:
Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design.
Prepare design presentations, reports, and client proposals.
Review architectural drawings for quality and compliance.
Ensure designs comply with DINB -2025 & BNBC -2020
Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
Develop project schedules and monitor progress.
Coordinate project resources and consultant activities.
Control project budgets and monitor design variations.
Conduct regular project review meetings.
Prepare and review construction drawings.
Resolve technical design issues during design and construction.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
Review shop drawings and material submittals.
