.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

.Hands-on experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or other relevant 3D modeling and visualization software

.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design software will be considered an advantage

.Strong understanding of interior construction materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and technical detailing

.Sound knowledge of preparing and interpreting technical drawings and working drawings

.Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical, functional, and executable design solutions.Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability

.Good communication, presentation, client management, and interpersonal skills

.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

.Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality work within established deadlines

.A strong professional portfolio demonstrating previous interior design projects is required.

Company Overview

Gini Interior, a Concern of Flixza Group, is seeking a talented, creative, and highly motivated Interior Designer to join its growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and supporting the successful execution of interior projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of space planning, design development, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, technical detailing, and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts in accordance with client requirements and project objectives.

• Prepare comprehensive 2D drawings, including space planning, layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, electrical and lighting layouts, and other required working drawings.

• Develop high-quality 3D models, design visualizations, and realistic renderings for client presentations and project approvals.

• Prepare and present concept boards, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

• Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and other interior elements in line with the approved design concept and project budget.

• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, assess site conditions, and ensure that design solutions are practically applicable.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with project engineers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of approved designs.

• Monitor project implementation and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Prepare or assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, quantity requirements, and preliminary cost estimates when required.

• Identify and resolve design-related and site implementation issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain proper documentation of design drawings, revisions, material selections, approvals, and project-related information.

• Stay updated with contemporary interior design trends, innovative materials, finishes, technologies, and industry best practices.
