Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a reputed university.

• QA/QC or construction quality-related certification will be an advantage.

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, and inspection methods.

• Practical knowledge of civil construction and quality inspection.

• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both oral and written.

• Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation.

• Ability to work independently and with multicultural teams.

• Willingness to work at remote/overseas project locations and challenging site conditions.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and civil construction works.

• Practical experience in inspection, testing, ITPs, material approvals, documentation, and non-conformance management.

• Experience in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, power, or overseas construction projects will be preferred.

• Implement QA/QC plans, procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.

• Monitor civil works for compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and approved procedures.

• Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

• Review drawings, method statements, material submittals, and test reports.

• Ensure quality of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, earthwork, structural, and finishing works.

• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

• Maintain QA/QC records and prepare inspection and quality reports.

• Coordinate with testing laboratories and third-party inspection agencies.
