Knowledge on construction materials and quality standard.
Work experience in same environment in Construction Company.
Computer skill must (MS Office & Internet browsing).
Strong leadership skill.
The candidate should have pleasant personality, honest, smart & hardworking, excellent interpersonal communication skill, good command in English both oral and written.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for the whole operation within store.
Receive materials from purchaser (physically), then data update in the system.
Issuance materials (physically) to field staff.
To maintain proper records (Daily Material Receiving Record (DMR), Ledger& Material Issue Book).
Prepare material requisition & purchase order.
Monitor & maintain material stock level (min/max of each item) then re-order if needed.
Process all invoices and endorse to accounts.
Check stocks level quarterly & semi-annual basis with accounts.
Coordinate with purchase & accounts department.
Perform tasks as mandated.
Other works related to storekeeper.
Maintain cleanliness inside the store/warehouse.
