Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations for the assigned category
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Supervise, train, and manage showroom staff (Sales Executives & Support Staff)
Maintain inventory control, product display, and stock availability
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints professionally
Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and company policies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements
