Key Responsibilities
1. Engage walk-in clients at our studio to promote and sell our full range of premium vehicle enhancement and protection services.
2. Perform hands-on, in-person vehicle walk-throughs with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend the perfect aesthetic solutions.
3. Serve as a dedicated advisor, building rapport with clients from the initial greeting to the final project handover.
4. Act as the bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure customer requests are executed perfectly and on time.
5. Stay driven to meet and exceed ambitious daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Proactively convert inquiries from phone calls, social media, and walk-ins into long-term, loyal studio clients.
7. Master our service portfolio to provide authoritative, trustworthy advice to every car owner who walks through our doors.
8. Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and manage their future maintenance bookings.
9. Maintain organized logs of client details, preferences, and service history to provide a personalized, VIP experience.
10. Ensure the sales area and client lounge are always in a pristine, professional condition that reflects our premium brand identity.
