Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.

2. Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs and preferences.

3. Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, prices, and promotions.

4. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are clean and well-organized.

5. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.

6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.

7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

8. Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items to the supervisor.

9. Follow showroom policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.

10. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

    Context

    The Sales Person is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling showroom products, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the business. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
