Responsibilities & Context:
Attend and manage walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand client requirements and guide them in design & product selection
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until closure
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and timelines
Track and update order status and client communication
Maintain proper CRM records and customer database
Handle post-sale communication and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify gaps, issues, or delays and escalate proactively
Stay updated with wedding trends, design styles, and customer preferences
