Job Context

Nippo Footwear is a newly established footwear brand with a global vision. We are looking for an experienced Salesman for our Footwear Showroom. The individual should be motivated, interactive and know how to expertly handle clients to make sales.

Job Responsibilities 

• Meet and Greet customers and understand the specific requirements and guide them accordingly.

• Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement.

• Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer`s preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.

• Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to highlight the value proposition.

• Keep up-to-date with product inventory, pricing, and promotions to accurately inform customers and drive sales.

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping environment.

• Assist in Marketing Activities such as distributing leaflets, making online post and replying to customer messages promptly.

• Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Ensuring a beautiful and clean environment in and out of the outlet.

• Any other activities as required by management.
