Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelors/Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Candidates with a Degree from Leather/Footwear Institution will get Preference.

Experience in Marketing will be given preference in Shoes/Outsole Industry.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 32 to 45 years

Thorough Knowledge on EVA Injection Molding Machine, Thermostatic Oven Dryer, Shoe Chiller Machine, TPR Hybrid Sole Injection Molding and UV Curing Machine.

Experience in the following area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Manufacturing (FMCG).

Retired Defense Service Officers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply, in that case educational qualification may be considered.

• Overall factory and office operations management.

• Responsible for EVA/TPR/PVC Outsole-Insole Marketing.

• Ensure timely development of fit samples, sales samples, and wear tests.

• Costing Calculation, Production Planning, Determining appropriate price quotations to ensure sales order.

• Good planning & ongoing communication with production department for high efficiency.

• Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.

• Maintain professional relationships with associated parties and all other stakeholders

• Participate in meetings and attend seminars for new relationship development & management

• Reduce factory wastage, and daily expenses to maximize profit.

• Ensuring on time shipment with 100% quality check.

• Comfortable working hands-on in factory environment under tight timelines.

• Any other tasks assigned by top management.
