Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential industrial clients.
Identify new business opportunities in ETP, WTP, STP, wastewater treatment and industrial machinery sectors.
Generate leads and develop new customers through direct visits, networking, references and market research.
Visit factories, industries and project sites to understand clients' technical and commercial requirements.
Promote and sell water treatment equipment, ETP/WTP/STP machinery, pumps, dosing systems, flow meters, online analyzers, air blowers, filter press, cooling tower and other related industrial equipment.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure proper post-sales follow-up.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with Project, Service, Procurement and Accounts teams for smooth execution of customer orders/projects.
Participate in tender, project and business development activities when required.
Attend client meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions and seminars.
Travel to different industrial areas and project locations as required.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineering products, industrial machinery, electrical/mechanical equipment or technical solutions.
Experience in B2B/industrial sales will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare quotations, reports and presentations.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
