Sr. Executive / Manager — Operations & Client Success

NEXIO is looking for a responsible, proactive professional who can manage day-to-day operations, coordinate clients, and keep projects moving smoothly from acquisition to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations and internal coordination

• Communicate with potential clients and arrange acquisition meetings

• Maintain regular client follow-up and relationship management

• Handle new client onboarding and collect required information• Understand client business goals and translate them into clear briefs for the Creative & Strategy Team

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution•

Track project timelines, priorities, approvals, revisions, and deadlines

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to client expectations

• Maintain client records, meeting notes, follow-up status, and project updates•

Identify operational issues early and coordinate solutions

• Support management in improving Client Experience and internal workflow

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong Communication & Client Handling skills

• Organized, responsible, and good at Follow-up

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously• Strong problem-solving and coordination ability

• Experience in a Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Creative Agency will be highly preferred
