• Diploma in Electrical
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience in industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, or factory equipment sales will be preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical specifications and explain products/solutions to customers.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Good command of English and Bengali.

• Must have a positive attitude, strong customer relationship skills, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Willing to travel as required for customer visits.  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the industrial sector.

• Promote and sell industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and engineering products.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

• Coordinate with customers, and internal technical teams for product selection and project requirements.

• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback.

• Develop market knowledge regarding competitors, products, pricing, and industry trends.

• Willingness to travel within Bangladesh for customer visits and business development.
