Job Description / Responsibility:

• This position requires extensive route visits according to monthly visit plan.
• Visit outlets of Paints/Hardware (Dealer's, retailer's point and consumer) on a regular basis.
• Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.
• Managing the field promotional activities like mason/retailer meeting.
• Collect orders from the market and Coordinate/Communicate with the distribution/logistics to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Make our product available in 20% of outlets covered in the route chart.
• Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Targets & personal Goals.
• Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors' sales volume, Price, Campaign etc. on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collect proper sales tools, POSM, and sales promotion oƯered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records (Visit, Order, Delivery, Stock, Problems, Customer Complain etc.) and share timely for taking necessary Steps.
• Prepare report of site visit, investigation and initial feedback of customers.
