Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent dealer and market relationship management.Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Good knowledge of the local market.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Basic computer and reporting skills.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.

• Ensure regular market visits and effective territory coverage.

• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/retailers.

• Monitor competitors, market trends and product performance.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.

• Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Prepare regular sales, market visit and collection reports.

• Implement company sales policies, promotional campaigns and strategies.

• Ensure proper product visibility and brand development in the assigned territory.
