Responsibilities & Context: In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities -
- Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
- Assist potential leads for sales through an online search and inactive user base
- Conduct cold calls to reach the leads and establish relationships to convert to sales prospects
- Guide prospects on selecting the desired product for optimum results and complete sales targets
- Provide telephonic support to customers during the on-boarding process, maintaining full compliance as per company policy
- Adhere to provided scripts for different topics during calls.
- Address customer inquiries while promoting services and products as instructed.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
- Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients using the designated ERP system.
- Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
