Responsibilities & Context:

In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities -

  • Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
  • Assist potential leads for sales through an online search and inactive user base
  • Conduct cold calls to reach the leads and establish relationships to convert to sales prospects
  • Guide prospects on selecting the desired product for optimum results and complete sales targets
  • Provide telephonic support to customers during the on-boarding process, maintaining full compliance as per company policy
  • Adhere to provided scripts for different topics during calls.
  • Address customer inquiries while promoting services and products as instructed.
  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
  • Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients using the designated ERP system.
  • Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
