Additional Requirements:

Relevant call center experience will be regarded as a value-added qualification
Proficiency in CRM and SRM systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective, existing, and lost customers to promote services and campaigns.
- Respond to inbound queries and provide accurate service information.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and SRM systems and track follow-ups.
- Execute PRS campaigns to upsell services and drive retention.
- Perform 1’4’9 calling programs to target customers at specific intervals.
- Reach out to lost customers to understand reasons for leaving and encourage re-engagement.
- Record all interactions, feedback, and campaign outcomes.
- Meet or exceed targets for customer engagement, retention, and service adoption.
- Provide insights to marketing and service teams based on customer feedback and trends.
