Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise denting and painting operations for commercial vehicles.
Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for daily jobs.
Ensure proper surface preparation, dent repair, and painting quality.
Monitor workflow and maintain timely delivery of vehicles.
Maintain records of jobs completed and report to management.
Coordinate with customers and service advisors for job requirements.
Implement safety standards and ensure PPE usage in the section.
Train and guide mechanics and painters to improve skills.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Support overall workshop efficiency by aligning section activities with company standards.
