• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of silo operation and maintenance.Knowledge of PLC programming is mandatory.

• Certification in PLC Programming, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Control Systems will be considered an added advantage.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain silo systems, including silos, hoppers, blowers, vibro-shifters, and associated equipment.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of silo machinery according to maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems and industrial control equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.

• Perform calibration and maintenance of automation instruments and electrical equipment.

• Monitor PLC, HMI, SCADA, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP-based control systems.

• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and operational records.

• Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry best practices.
