• Core Skills: High-Impact Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical engineering concepts into clear, value-driven business benefits for clients.
• Advanced Presentation Skills: Confident and charismatic presentation style, comfortable leading high-stakes sales pitches, Q&A sessions, and client negotiations.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of STP, WTP, ETP and Plumbing processes, equipment, and project estimation.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Engineer to join our team. This role perfectly bridges technical expertise with high-impact commercial acumen, focusing on driving sales, designing solutions, and delivering successful STP, WTP, and ETP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for STP, WTP, and ETP systems. Actively pitch solutions to corporate, industrial, and commercial clients to build a robust project pipeline.
• Client Presentations & Relationship Management: Conduct persuasive technical and commercial presentations to C-level executives, consultants, and project managers. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial project proposals, including accurate estimation, costing, and customized system designs based on specific client requirements.
• Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of awarded projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and strict compliance with engineering standards.
