Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, IPE, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 22 years

• Minimum 2 years of SolidWorks experience.
• Strong knowledge of part modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, weldments, and surface modeling.
• Experience creating production-ready engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Familiarity with STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, DWG, and other CAD file formats.
• Experience in reverse engineering or 3D scan data is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SolidWorks Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing 3D CAD models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and product designs using SolidWorks while ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with engineering standards.

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Weekly Holiday: Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop accurate 3D CAD parts, assemblies, and product models using SolidWorks.
• Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Convert sketches, concepts, PDFs, images, and scanned data into production-ready CAD models.
• Perform reverse engineering of existing components using measurements or 3D scan data.
• Modify and improve existing product designs based on customer feedback and engineering change requests.
• Prepare CAD files for CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, laser cutting, and other manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Conduct design validation, interference checks, and basic tolerance analysis to ensure functionality and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and international clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain organized project files, drawing revisions, and technical documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot design issues and recommend practical engineering solutions to improve product performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks features, CAD technologies, and industry best practices to enhance productivity and design quality.
