Experience:
B.Sc./BBA degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with Marketing, Business, or IT-related backgrounds.
Proven track record of successfully managing marketplace profiles and winning projects.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to write clear, professional, and customized proposals.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Willingness and ability to remain available and responsive at all times, 7 days a week.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience working on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar freelance marketplaces (own account or agency account).
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, gig/profile optimization, and bidding strategies.
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills for client communication and proposal writing.
Basic knowledge of the services offered by the company (3D modeling, clipping path, graphic design, web development) is a plus.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Expert with proven skills in managing and growing profiles on freelance marketplaces such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms. Since our clients are located across different time zones worldwide, this role requires full-time, always-available coverage to ensure no client message or opportunity is missed. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, bidding/proposal writing, gig optimization, and overall account management to generate quality leads and projects for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize company profiles/gigs on Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance marketplaces.
Write compelling and customized proposals/bids to win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
Optimize Fiverr gigs (title, description, tags, pricing, images) to improve visibility and ranking.
Remain available at all times to respond promptly to international client messages and inquiries across different time zones.
Maintain and improve account performance metrics (Job Success Score, ratings, response rate, etc.).
Coordinate with the internal production team to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
Handle client queries, negotiations, revisions, and after-sales support without delay.
Track and report marketplace performance, earnings, and lead conversion on a regular basis.
Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes, policies, and best practices.
