To fuel our next phase of growth, we are looking for dynamic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our high-energy Business Development team. Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Proactively generate new leads and identify potential clients (Shippers, E-commerce businesses, Manufacturers, etc.) through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.

• Present and demonstrate the Web Xpress digital platform (TMS, Fleet Management, Tracking) to prospective clients, highlighting how it solves their logistics challenges.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in the assigned territory or sector.

• Assist the senior team in developing tailored proposals and solutions for clients.

• Develop a deep understanding of the local logistics market, competitor activities, and customer pain points.

• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and initial conversions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

• Represent Web Xpress at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums.

• Provide regular progress reports to the Business Development Manager.
