Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Experience in furniture, doors, interior design, construction materials, building products, paint or related industries will be highly preferred.

  • Strong network within the real estate and construction industry is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales reporting tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of B2B Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the market.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the real estate, construction, commercial, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management.

  • Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support key client meetings and project negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
