Job Summary

SKZ Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting software-based HR products, recruitment solutions, job-platform services, and employer branding packages to corporate clients.

 

The role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing long-term corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective corporate sales and business development strategies for the company’s software-based HR, recruitment, and job-platform solutions.

  2. Introduce and promote new HR technology products, recruitment services, job-posting packages, employer branding solutions, and related corporate services.

  3. Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research, professional networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and field visits.

  4. Generate qualified sales leads and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.

  5. Arrange and conduct corporate meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches for HR professionals, business owners, department heads, and senior management.

  6. Clearly communicate product features, service benefits, pricing packages, implementation processes, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.

  7. Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, service agreements, and sales presentations based on client requirements.

  8. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, client-acquisition, and revenue targets.

  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, service renewal, upselling, and cross-selling.

  10. Collect and analyze client feedback and coordinate with product, marketing, customer support, operations, and technical teams to improve service quality.

  11. Monitor competitors, including Bdjobs, Nextjobz, and other recruitment or HR technology platforms, to evaluate market trends, pricing strategies, product offerings, and potential business opportunities.

  12. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, educational institutions, training centres, recruitment agencies, and professional HR communities.

  13. Support digital marketing campaigns, corporate events, seminars, workshops, job fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.

  14. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales leads, client communications, follow-up activities, proposals, sales pipelines, payment collections, and achieved revenue.

  15. Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, performance summaries, pipeline reports, and regular updates for management.

  16. Ensure timely collection of client payments and follow up professionally on overdue invoices and outstanding balances.

  17. Guide and support junior sales team members while assisting management in improving sales processes, client communication, and overall team performance.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

  • Candidates with degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in corporate sales, marketing, or business development.

  • Demonstrated experience in launching, promoting, or selling new products and services.

  • Experience in job portals, HR technology, recruitment services, SaaS products, software solutions, corporate services, or B2B sales will be highly preferred.

  • Previous experience dealing with corporate HR departments and senior-level decision-makers will be considered an advantage.

  1. Strong B2B sales, business development, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  2. Proven ability to generate qualified leads, convert prospects, and consistently achieve sales targets.

  3. Sound understanding of corporate HR, recruitment, workforce, and employer-branding requirements.

  4. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with business owners, HR leaders, department heads, and senior management.

  5. Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, sales funnels, pipeline management, and market analysis.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, presentation software, and sales-reporting tools.

  7. Strong proposal-writing, reporting, and client-management abilities.

  8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.

  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making skills.

  10. Willingness to conduct client visits, attend corporate events, and travel when required.
