Job Summary

SkillersZone Ltd. is looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, maintaining, and managing WordPress websites, handling existing projects, and configuring hosting environments. The candidate must be capable of ensuring smooth website performance, security, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

• Handle and manage existing WordPress projects.

• Install, configure, and manage WordPress themes and plugins.

• Configure and manage cPanel hosting environments.

• Connect and manage domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and hosting services.

• Perform website migration, backup, and restoration.

• Optimize website speed, security, and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues.

• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services when required.

• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.

• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Experience managing cPanel and web hosting environments.

• Knowledge of domain registration, DNS configuration, and hosting connectivity.

• Experience with website migration and deployment.

• Familiarity with MySQL databases.

• Understanding of website security best practices.

• Basic knowledge of Git/version control is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.

• Experience optimizing website performance and SEO.

• Knowledge of custom theme and plugin development.

• Experience working with Cloudflare and CDN services.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
