Position Overview

Universe IT And Automation Ltd. is looking for high-energy, target-driven Sr. Sales Executives to join our Sales team. This is a pure sales role — your job is Handle our Existing Customer, find new business, close new customer deals, and onboarding. If you love the thrill of a new pitch and live for hitting numbers, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential new customer through daily online activities, cold calls, and lead generation across all business categories.

• Pitch Universe IT value proposition to prospective clients and convert them into active customer. communication with existing client.

• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, Product Delivery updates, and payment update reports in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team leads and support teams to resolve Product Delivery and installation issues quickly and keep the client experience smooth.

• Identify high-potential market segments and contribute to team-level prospecting strategies.
