Experience:
Candidate must have motorbike driving License.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in construction materials / ready-mix concrete industry will be given preference.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local construction market.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Must be self-motivated and result-oriented.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, government agencies, consultants, and EPC contractors to generate sustainable business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Promote and sell building materials, primarily Stone and Coal, to achieve business growth.
Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and implement effective market penetration strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, sales proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements with corporate and institutional clients.
Participate in bidding processes for large infrastructure, industrial, and construction projects.
Conduct regular market visits to identify prospective customers and maintain strong customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, construction industry developments, and raw material market conditions.
Coordinate with production, commercial, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely product supply and superior customer service.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, sales forecasts, collection reports, and other documentation for management review.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Perform any other sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
