Experience:
Experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Paints industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively.
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and institutional customers.
Promote Esquire Paints products through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service.
Follow up on collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare periodic sales reports and business forecasts.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
