Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team and distributors to maximize performance.

• Expand and manage dealer and distribution networks across the country.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and market demand.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.

• Ensure effective pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning in the market.

• Monitor credit control and ensure timely collection from dealers and distributors.
