• Age At most 35 years

• Strong knowledge of FMCG sales processes, distributor operations, trade promotions, and ERP/SAP systems with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills with high integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to travel extensively for field and distributor audits.

1. Conduct regular field and system audits to ensure compliance with sales policies, SOPs, and company guidelines across the sales network.

2. Audit distributor operations, including inventory, stock reconciliation, cash collections, credit management, and trade claims to ensure accuracy and control.

3. Verify sales transactions, promotional activities, trade schemes, and incentive claims to detect discrepancies, non-compliance, or fraudulent practices.

4. Monitor field sales execution, including route compliance, market coverage, merchandising standards, and outlet visitation quality.

5. Analyze sales and audit data to identify operational risks, unusual trends, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

6. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

7. Conduct surprise market and distributor audits while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Internal Audit to strengthen governance and internal controls.

8. Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to sales processes, audit controls, compliance practices, and operational efficiency.
