Job Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned area.

• Promote LUMANA Healthcare services to doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and the general public.

• Build strong professional relationships to increase patient referrals.

• Achieve the monthly patient referral target.

• Submit a simple daily activity report.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (Healthcare/Diagnostic experience preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Familiarity with the Board Bazar and Gacha Zone-3 area is an advantage.

  Working Conditions

  • Field-based job (generally 8–9 hours/day).

  • One weekly holiday.

  • Formal dress is required.

  • Wearing the official LUMANA ID badge during duty is mandatory.
