Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologists to perform laboratory investigations and ensure accurate diagnostic results. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment handling, and quality control practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens including blood, urine, stool, and other samples.

• Perform routine laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Prepare and verify laboratory reports accurately and timely.

• Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.

• Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and quality control documentation.

• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with laboratory-related information.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.

• Perform other duties assigned by the laboratory supervisor or management.
