Experience:
Master's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.), including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing, and display advertising
Ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
Familiarity with digital campaign reporting
Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar business management/ERP software
Proficiency in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills, and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic design skills to create or modify visuals for social media posts, ads, and other digital content
Basic understanding of website structure, page speed, and technical website issues
Understanding of HTML and the ability to make basic website updates, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with web developers
Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital assets
Knowledge on Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, data analysis, and reporting
Experience working with software, IT, SaaS, EU-funded projects, sustainability, technology, or B2B content
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement across multiple online channels. This role involves managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, improving SEO and website performance, and creating impactful content aligned with business goals. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, IT, and project stakeholders, to ensure integrated and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with hands-on experience in digital platforms, marketing tools, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Devise innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and implement a social media policy and framework for the organization.
Plan engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization’s online brand.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Analyze digital marketing performance and metrics.
Plan, manage, and evaluate online marketing campaigns with the project focals.
Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and website performance.
Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Identify website issues affecting SEO performance and coordinate with the development team to fix them.
Work on ethical link-building, outreach, and digital PR opportunities.
Support content planning for websites, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Manage website updates through the Odoo platform when required.
Implement strategies to drive traffic to the organization’s website and social media platforms.
Manage the digital marketing budget, including allocating budgets across different channels and platforms.
Produce regular/monthly digital dashboards for the DC&E Manager, reporting progress against set KPIs.
Work closely with teams in sales and IT to ensure all activities are integrated.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Stay updated with the SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best digital marketing practices
as per company policy
