Education:

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc./BBA degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with Marketing, Business, or related backgrounds.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign setup and management.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager is an advantage.

  • Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills for communicating with foreign clients.

  • Freshers with relevant certification (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales for company and client projects. Basic experience or training in running ad campaigns is preferred, and further hands-on training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

  • Conduct keyword research and audience research to target the right customer segments.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting for better ROI.

  • Prepare and analyze performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the design and content team to develop effective ad creatives and copy.

  • Stay updated with the latest features, algorithm changes, and best practices of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Working Schedule:

  • Weekly one Holiday

  • Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Weekly Holidays: Friday
