3+ years creating digital content, with a portfolio (this matters more than certificates — applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed)
Graphics: Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator); strong layout and typography sense
Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects basics — you can deliver a clean 30–60s edit solo
Web: Basic HTML/CSS; able to build and publish a landing page without a developer
AI toolchain fluency: daily, hands-on use of LLMs for copy and image/video AI tools for creative — and the judgment to refine the output, not just paste it
Strong written English — you'll draft copy for business audiences (final polish comes from our marketing team, but your drafts must be close)
Self-directed: you'll receive a brief and a deadline, not step-by-step instructions

The role
You'll be the production engine behind Nybsys's digital presence: web site content development, social content, video, and sales collateral. You are an AI-first creator — you use tools like ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney/Firefly, CapCut and Figma to produce in hours what used to take teams days, and you have the taste to edit AI output into polished, on-brand work. You'll work directly with company leadership, and your work will be seen by CIOs and partners at some of the largest technology companies in the world.
What you'll do
Produce digital marketing content end-to-end: web content, LinkedIn posts, social graphics, banners, infographics, email creatives, and campaign assets for the company
Build and update landing pages and website content (WordPress today; you'll help us migrate to a modern hosting platform such as CloudFlare)
Create short-form video — product explainers, webinar cutdowns, LinkedIn video ads — from script to edit
Lay out sales collateral — one-pagers, white papers, pitch decks — within our brand system
Repurpose one core asset into many: turn a white paper into posts, ads, carousels, and a video script
Maintain basic SEO hygiene and web analytics (GA4/Search Console) and iterate creative based on performance
Keep a consistent brand voice and visual identity across everything we ship
