Talent Centric is hiring Content Creator for one of its sister concern.

Position: Content Creator (Vlogger)

Position Type: Full-time

Office Time: 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)

Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka (Reza Plaza, House 56, Road 12)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator (Vlogger) to develop engaging, informative and Vlog content that strengthens our online presence and supports our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have creativity, excellent videography, story thinking, visualization and research skills, with the ability to make videos into reader-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, produce and publish engaging content (reels) related to language learning, education, study abroad across social media platforms including FB, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

· Produce short & long form video content, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and documentary-style storytelling.

· Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business events, service launches & activities.

· Travel to operational locations to capture photos, videos, and stories for digital channels.

· Collaborate with internal teams to identify noteworthy stories, achievements, employee highlights, and business updates for public communication.

· Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates and content best practices to enhance service visibility.

· Engage with the audience through comments, messages and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

· Graduate from any discipline

· Undergraduate (Last semester) candidates are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.

• Hands-on experience with video shooting, editing, and content production tools (FB, You Tube, Tiktok/Capcut/Instagram)

• A customer-first attitude with high empathy. You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them figure out their career paths.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
