Position: Motion Graphic Designer-Trainee

No of Position: Multiple

Position Type: Full-time

Office Time: 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)

Location: Baridhara J Block, Notun Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and branding content.

• Edit videos and develop visually appealing animations for marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce compelling visual content.

• Design animated explainer videos, reels, promotional videos, and branding materials.

• Stay updated with motion design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.

• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Multimedia and creative technology, CSE, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Data Science, AI, IT or any related field).

• Candidates with strong portfolios and practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Fresher with freelancing, internship or project experience.

• 0 to 2 years of full-time experience

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation will be an added advantage.

• Strong creative sense, storytelling ability and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Passion for learning new technologies, creative tools, and content trends.
