Aisugi Japan, the retail brand of Sugi Aishodo Co., Ltd., brings Japanese lifestyle products to Bangladesh across five categories - Homecare, Personal Care, Color Cosmetics, Stationery, and Health & Wellness - through its Dhaka outlets and e-commerce platform, sugiaishodo.com. We are looking for a creative, camera-confident Digital Content Creator to bring our products and in-store experience to life across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and our website - creating content that reflects the brand's Japanese-inspired values of thoughtful hospitality, care in detail, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Present and create video content for YouTube, social media, and sugiaishodo.com, covering all five product categories: Homecare, Personal Care, Color Cosmetics, Stationery, and Health & Wellness.
• Produce product unboxings, demonstrations, tutorials, customer experience interviews, and promotional videos.
• Manage and help grow the brand's YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram channels.
• Produce live videos, short-form reels, and long-form content on a regular schedule.
• Quickly learn product details across categories and present them accurately and persuasively.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Communication team and outside production/agency partners to plan and execute shoots.
• Conduct interviews, host in-store events and launches, and present tutorials.
• Write scripts and contribute to content planning and campaign ideation.
• Stay current on social and video trends - especially TikTok and Reels formats - and adapt them to the brand.
• Engage with the audience through comments and feedback across platforms.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Track video performance metrics and recommend content improvements.
• Maintain and update the content calendar.
• Perform any other task assigned by management.
