Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt of goods from outsourced warehouses. Conduct thorough quality checks, verify all supporting documentation, and accurately process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

• Maintain accurate inventory levels with a strong focus on shelf-life monitoring. Perform regular stock reconciliations to ensure physical counts match system records.

• Partner closely with the picking and packing teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a high-performance culture in daily order fulfillment operations.

• Maintain regular and clear communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth, uninterrupted warehouse workflows.

• Support and execute day-to-day warehouse activities, maximizing the use of available resources to ensure optimal operational support.

• Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments aimed at developing better business processes, policies, and overall operational efficiencies.
