· Ability to travel within assigned territory regularly.

· Knowledge of merchandising, retail operations, and trade marketing is a plus.

· Knowing the Japanese language will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade channels to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

· Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesale, corporate  and modern trade partners.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, store managers, and buying teams.

· Ensure proper product placement, stock availability, and visual merchandising in stores.

· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

· Conduct regular store visits and sales calls to maintain high visibility of products.

· Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.

· Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions, launches, and stock replenishment.

· Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or store complaints effectively and promptly.
