SAJIDA Foundation is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Storyteller with 1-2 years of professional experience who can translate ideas into compelling visual narratives. This role requires someone who thinks beyond aesthetics and understands how design can communicate, influence, and engage, using storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging and visually compelling content for social media, including campaigns, static creatives, carousels, motion concepts, and digital storytelling assets.
Design reports, publications, books, presentations, and other IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials with strong attention to readability, narrative flow, and visual coherence.
Conceptualise and execute designs that are story-driven, ensuring visuals communicate a clear message, evoke audience engagement and present a fresh approach to visual communication.
Oversee and develop event branding and visual identity systems, including event collaterals, backdrops, stage visuals, digital screens, invitations, and branded materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts, research, and programmatic work into impactful visual outputs.
Maintain an organised and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure that all design work adheres to SAJIDA Foundation's branding guidelines and reflects the organisation's vision.
