Campaign Planning & Pre-Production
Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
Prepare campaign briefs, creative concepts, presentations, and production plans.
Coordinate product sourcing, styling, props, locations, and production logistics.
Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate photographers, videographers, agencies, stylists, makeup artists, and production vendors.
Obtain necessary approvals before production begins.
Ensure all campaign activities comply with brand guidelines and timelines.
Campaign Production Management
Supervise photography, videography, digital content, and campaign productions.
Coordinate creative teams during shoots to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor production quality, schedules, and deliverables and resolve operational issues during production.
Ensure campaign execution remains within approved budgets.
Post-Production & Content Delivery
Coordinate photo editing, video editing, motion graphics, retouching, and final artwork.
Review and approve creative outputs for brand consistency and quality.
Ensure timely delivery of: Campaign videos, Product photography, Social media content, Digital advertisements, POSM and marketing materials
Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production documentation.
Brand Ambassador & Celebrity Management
Execute brand ambassadors and celebrity engagement programs.
Coordinate ambassadors for campaigns, launches, events, outlet openings, and activations.
Manage contracts, schedules, deliverables, and communication.
Ensure ambassadors consistently represent the brand image and communication guidelines.
Evaluate ambassador performance and campaign effectiveness.
Talent & Vendor Management
Source and manage models, influencers, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and creative professionals.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables.
Coordinate talent participation in campaigns, photoshoots, events, and productions.
Build and maintain a reliable database of creative talents and production partners.
Develop long-term relationships with agencies and vendors.
Product Coordination for Campaigns
Coordinate products for campaigns, content creation, and marketing activities.
Liaise with Fashion Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Warehouse, and Retail teams and ensure product availability before shoots and events.
Manage product movement, tracking, and post-shoot returns and maintain accurate product information and campaign records.
E-Commerce Production Management
Plan and manage e-commerce model and flat-lay photoshoots and prepare shoot schedules, shot lists, styling plans, and production calendars.
Coordinate photographers, stylists, retouches, and creative teams.
Review image quality and brand consistency and Track image approvals, editing progress, and platform uploads.
Ensure timely delivery of e-commerce assets.
Budget, IOU & Financial Coordination
Prepare production budgets and campaign cost estimates.
Process IOUs for marketing and production activities.
Collect invoices, bills, quotations, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments and settlements.
Monitor campaign expenditures against approved budgets.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely IOU closure.
Public Relations (PR) Management
Support the execution of PR strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Develop press releases, media kits, corporate stories, and communication materials.
Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, launches, and brand events.
Build relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and PR agencies.
Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment, and PR performance and Support crisis communication and corporate reputation
