• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Provide consultation and general medical care to patients at the community health center.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage common illnesses, infections, and chronic conditions within the community.

• Conduct routine gynecological examinations, prenatal and postnatal care, and family planning consultations.

• Refer patients to specialized facilities when advanced care or treatment is required.

• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation for all patients.

• Conduct health awareness and counselling sessions, along with community outreach programs on hygiene, nutrition, maternal and reproductive health, and other health concerns.

• Collaborate with government agencies and private stakeholders to ensure integrated healthcare services.

• Train and guide nurse, interns, and community health volunteers as needed.

• Participate in health camps, field visits, and preventive healthcare programs within the community.

• Stay updated with the latest medical practices, guidelines, and research in general and women’s health, and initiate new activities to enhance community health and well-being.
