Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.

• Good command of both Bangla and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Email.

• Priority will be given to those who have experience working in an eye hospital.

Job Responsibility:

• Promote the organization's healthcare/diagnostic services to prospective customers and organizations.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with consultants, physicians, diagnostic centres, corporate organisations, NGOs and other referral sources.

• Visit doctors, clinics, corporate offices and potential referral points

• Coordinate referral activities and follow up with referring physicians and organisations.

• lan and organize healthcare campaigns, corporate visits, health awareness programs, seminars, events and promotional activities.

• Identify opportunities for increasing patient flow and utilisation of hospital services.

• Develop marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.

• Collect and analyse market information, competitor activities and patient service trends.

• Prepare promotional materials, presentations, brochures, service profiles and other marketing documents.

• Manage and update hospital information on the website and social media platforms.

• Provide basic IT support to hospital staff for computers, printers, scanners, internet connectivity, hospital MIS software, CCTV, website and related equipment.

• Maintain and troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
