  • Experience in camp management, field operations, healthcare outreach, or marketing will be an advantage.

  • Experience in an eye hospital, diagnostic center, NGO, or healthcare organization is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Eye Camp Planning & Organization

    • Plan, organize, and coordinate eye screening camps in different locations.

    • Identify suitable locations, institutions, communities, and local organizations for conducting eye camps.

    • Coordinate with local representatives, schools, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure successful camp execution.

    • Prepare camp schedules, logistics plans, and required resources in consultation with the supervisor.

  2. Camp Promotion & Patient Mobilization

    • Promote eye camps through local marketing, announcements, banners, leaflets, and community communication.

    • Mobilize patients and ensure adequate participation in each camp.

    • Communicate camp dates, locations, services, and necessary instructions to prospective patients.

  3. Team Coordination

    • Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, medical assistants, and other hospital staff assigned to the camp.

    • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment, medicines, registration materials, and other approved supplies.

    • Arrange transportation, accommodation, meals, and other logistical support when required.

  4. Patient Registration & Service Coordination

    • Ensure proper registration and maintenance of patient records.

    • Organize patient flow to minimize waiting time and maintain an orderly environment.

    • Assist in coordinating eye examinations, preliminary screening, referrals, and patient counseling.

    • Ensure that patients requiring further treatment or surgery are referred to the hospital according to established procedures.

  5. Camp Operations & Management

    • Supervise the overall arrangement and smooth operation of the eye camp.

    • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and patient-friendly service standards.

    • Ensure the safe handling and proper use of camp equipment and materials.

    • Escalate operational issues, patient complaints, and emergencies to the responsible authority.

  6. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare daily camp reports, including the number of registered patients, patients examined, referrals, and other relevant service statistics.

    • Maintain records of camp expenses, promotional activities, and resource utilization.

    • Submit camp performance reports, photographs where authorized, attendance records, and expense statements to the supervisor.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of patient information.

  7. Patient Follow-up & Referral Management

    • Coordinate follow-up communication with patients referred to Hira Panna Eye Hospital.

    • Assist in scheduling hospital visits for patients requiring further examination, treatment, or surgery.

    • Maintain referral records and coordinate with the hospital team to track patient attendance and service completion.

  8. Performance & Target Achievement

    • Work toward assigned targets for camp organization, patient attendance, screening, and hospital referrals.

    • Monitor camp performance and identify opportunities to improve patient participation and service quality.

    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local communities and referral partners.

  9. Other Duties

    • Perform other camp-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

    • Follow hospital policies, professional conduct standards, and applicable patient safety requirements.

Hospital Name: Hira Panna Hospital.

Job Lolation: Balasur Bazar, Shreenagar, Munshigonj.

Duty Hour: 08 AM to 06 PM.

Salary : Nagotiable
