• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Age At least 27 years

• Working knowledge of standard test methods (ISO, AATCC, ASTM, BS, JIS, DIN etc.).

• Ability to identify root causes of non-conforming work and apply corrective actions.

• Attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to report quality and TAT.

• Good communication skills for coordination with cross functional team.

• Conduct following Testing by following standard test methods like ISO, AATCC, ASTM, BS, JIS etc.

• Review the tests result, client manual and generate the test report accordingly

• Analysis of test results, including statement of conformity or opinions & interpretations.

• Meet the report's quality KPI (Turn Around Time (TAT-98%) and Report Quality Yield (RQY 99%).

• Reassessment each test's results which are performed by technical officer or assistant technical officer.

• Upload test reports on client portal and issue test reports as requested in TRF.

• Interconnect with merchandisers, production team and 3rd party laboratory (BV, ITS, SGS etc.) team for test related issues.

• Perform testing on Fabric, Garments, Yarn or any other textile materials as per standard procedure and client specified requirements.

• Review the non-conforming works to identify the root cause of the non-conforming work and take corrective action accordingly.

• Report on the daily, weekly and monthly update on test report and billing status.

• Verify international standard (ISO, AATCC, ASTM, BS, JIS, DIN etc.) and validate of In-House/ Client’s methods.

• Evaluate the contributions to measurement uncertainly for quantitative test.

• Maintain routine logs and laboratory notes and report the daily test status of laboratory.

• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanness of lab equipment and tools and proper utilization of lab consumable items.

• Ensure safety and compliance activities by acting on safety incidents, near misses and potential hazards in workplace
