About the Role

ADMIKI is looking for a smart, creative, and performance-driven *Digital Marketing Executive* with hands-on experience in *Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising, Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing*.

If you have experience running Meta Ads, generating quality leads, and optimizing campaigns for better performance, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

* Generate high-quality B2B & B2C leads through Meta Ads.

* Optimize campaigns to improve Lead Quality, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

* Create marketing strategies based on business objectives.

* Manage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Business Portfolio (Business Manager), and Pixel.

* Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Conversion Tracking.

* Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign objectives.

* Research target audiences and competitors.

* Coordinate with the Design & Content Team to develop engaging ad creatives.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* Manage Facebook & Instagram Pages and maintain audience engagement.

* Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, tools, and marketing trends.

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline.

* Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

* 1–3 years of practical experience in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing.

* Fresh candidates with exceptional Meta Ads skills and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
