Digital Media Strategy & Planning
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Prepare integrated media plans for product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail promotions, CRM initiatives, and brand campaigns.
Define campaign objectives, media mix, audience strategy, budget allocation, timelines, and success metrics.
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Forecast campaign performance, reach, traffic, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
Identify emerging advertising platforms and innovative media opportunities.
Media Buying & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Display Network, and Programmatic platforms.
Configure campaign objectives, bidding strategies, placements, audience targeting, scheduling, and budget allocation.
Manage prospecting, re-marketing, re-targeting, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), catalog sales campaigns, and conversion campaigns.
Ensure timely and error-free campaign execution.
Budget Planning & Financial Management
Prepare annual and monthly media budgets.
Monitor campaign expenditure and optimize media investments.
Forecast advertising budgets and control media costs.
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall marketing ROI.
Maintain campaign-wise expenditure reports and coordinate agency billing.
Audience Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct audience research using platform insights and analytics tools.
Develop customer personas and audience segmentation strategies.
Build custom, lookalike, and re-marketing audiences and analyze customer journeys and identify acquisition opportunities.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Campaign Optimization
Monitor campaign performance continuously.
Optimize audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, devices, scheduling, and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Reduce CPA, improve CTR, increase conversions, and maximize ROAS.

Performance Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance across all advertising platforms.
Track KPIs including ROAS, ROI, Revenue, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Reach, Frequency, and Engagement.
Develop dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
Ensure accurate attribution and event tracking.
